比賽目的:

此比賽旨在提高學生對資訊素養的認識和不同網絡危機的關注,鼓勵他們深入了解不同的網絡危機並設計故事,加強他們的創意和劇本創作能力。

參賽資格:

全港中、小學學生 
 

比賽對象:

比賽分為小學組及中學組,參賽者須根據 2023/24 學年就讀年級參加比賽。 小學組及中學組均須以個人形式參賽。

 

比賽主題:

網絡危機(1. 網絡欺凌 2. 網上交友 3.沉迷上網)

 

報名詳情及作品遞交辦法:

有意參賽學生須於6月16日或之前於網上(healthynet.hk/codenet2024)填妥參賽表格及提交參賽作品。

每位參賽者可提交多於一份作品,最多為兩份,否則會被取消參賽資格。

*提交多份作品的參加者亦只有一次獲獎機會

評審及公布結果     2024年8月上旬

頒獎禮                  2024年8月中至下旬

 

比賽結果公布及頒獎禮:

比賽結果將於2024年8月在(healthynet.hk/codenet2024)網站公布。 
得獎者將收到電話及WhatsApp訊息通知有關頒獎禮的安排,並須於通知後一星期內確認是否出席頒獎禮。

1. 個人獎 

冠軍:iPad 第十代 64GB  (小學組及中學組各一名)

亞軍:Texas Sonic – T Box Ultra 1080P高清迷你投影機(小學組及中學組各一名)  

季軍:Mini Projector Marshall Emberton 藍牙喇叭(小學組及中學組各一名)

優異獎:  誠品禮券$300(小學組及中學組各三名)

最積極參與學校獎:獎狀及獎座(五名) 

 
評審:

參賽作品會先經香港家庭福利會作初步遴選,再由評審團根據評審準則評分選出冠、亞、季軍。最積極參與學校獎將由提交參賽作品最多的前五間學校獲得。得獎結果取決於評審團的最終決定。 

評審團:香港家庭福利會代表、香港電腦教育學會代表、專業代表

 
評審準則:

  1. 創意:創新、原創性、新穎的故事情節或獨特的角度20% ;*文圖配搭5%

  2. 寫作:文字表達和結構、劇本的邏輯性和情節連貫性40%

  3. 切題:劇本中網絡危機元素的呈現方式、準確理解和描繪 35%

(*參加者須為劇本設計一張封面圖)

備註:

本會會製作短片去介紹比賽的參賽要求、比賽規則、遞交方法、及劇本創作指南,以便參賽者參加比賽及更容易理解規則。(healthynet.hk/codenet2024)。

 

參賽要求: 

  1. 參賽者需要創作原創劇本,並可以使用人工智能程式作為輔助工具,前提是必須遵守該程式的授權條款。

  2. 參賽者需要提交劇本的故事封面,參賽者可以利用以下網站程式協助設計故事封面,也可以使用其他網站程式或軟件,前提是須遵守該程式或軟件的授權條款。

  3. 每份作品必須包含標題、個人姓名和學校名稱,以便識別。

  4. 小學組的劇本字數限制為300字或以上(包含標點符號),中學組劇本字數限制為500字或以上(包含標             點符號)。

  5. 參賽者可以提交多於一份作品,最多為兩份,否則將會被取消參賽資格。

  6. 每份作品檔案大小為 15MB 以下。

  7. 參賽者需要將劇本儲存為PDF 檔案,故事封面需要儲存為JPG 或PDF 檔案,在填寫參賽表格時一併遞交        (healthynet.hk/codenet2024)。

  8.比賽不接受郵寄光碟、電郵、 紙本或親身遞交的方式提交作品。如學校期望能統一收集及處理學生參賽       作品,請聯絡 2549 5106 葉泳彤社工或董樂儀小姐。

比賽規則: 

  1. 所有作品必須為參賽者原創並不侵犯他人的權益(包括但不限於版權),且在比賽之前未以任何形式在媒體、公眾場合或其他比賽中展示或發表過。同時,相關作品不得在本比賽結束前參與其他同類型比賽,否則將會被取消參賽資格。 

  2. 所有作品不能含有淫褻、誹謗、粗俗、歧視等不雅內容,主辦機構有權不作事先通知下取消其參賽及得獎資格。

  3. 參賽作品提交後,版權屬主辦機構擁有。主辦機構有權編輯及使用任何參賽作品,包括但不限於在任何媒體上刊載、宣傳或展覽,例如網上平台、刊物、印刷品、模型、影片及多媒體製作等,而無需通知參賽者或支付任何版權費用。

  4. 參賽者必須填妥參賽表格,並保證所填報的資料完整和真實。任何不符合參賽資格或違規的參賽者可能被取消資格,且不予以通知。

  5. 未能出席頒獎禮的得獎者,需要在頒獎禮後三個月內自行聯絡香港家庭福利會-「網想家」(熱線/WhatsApp:5592 7474) 安排領獎事宜。否則將視為自動放棄獎項。

  6. 參賽者必須清楚明白比賽規則,遞交作品即表示已同意遵守和接納是次比賽所有規則。 

  7. 參賽作品不可以抵觸或違反適用法律或規則,或涉及相關原素。

  8. 為公平起見,主辦機構、評審團及其他與本比賽有關之員工及其直系親屬,均不得參加本比賽。 

  9. 主辦機構保留隨時更改比賽章程和規則的權利,並享有最終決定權。

 

個人資料收集聲明: 

  1. 參賽者及相關人士所提供之個人資料將用於是次活動報名、聯絡、意見調查、賽果公布及安排活動/計劃一切事宜之用。 

  2. 為上述目的,參賽者及相關人士的姓名及所屬學校名稱或會在主辦機構的網站及/或透過其他網站及/或媒體披露。 

  3. 如經連結進入主辦機構以外的網站,即表示已離開主辦機構的網站。任何向此等網站提供的個人資料所涉及的保安和.資料保障事宜,主辦機構概不負責。

Competition Objectives:
The competition aims to enhance students' awareness of information literacy and foster their understanding of various online crises, encourage them to delve into different internet crises and design scripts to strengthen creativity and scriptwriting ability."
Eligibility:
Primary and secondary school students in Hong Kong.
 
Competition Categories:
The competition is divided into primary and secondary school categories, and students must compete according to their grade level in the 2023/24 school year. Both categories are for individual participation.
 
Competition Theme:
Internet Crises(1. Cyberbully 2. Online Dating 3. Internet Addiction)
 
Registration Details and Submission Methods:

Interested participants must complete the registration form online (healthynet.hk/codenet2024) on or before 16th June. Each participant can submit up to two competition pieces, otherwise, they will be disqualified from the competition. 

(*Participants who submit multiple works are only eligible for one prize*)

Announcement of Results and Award Ceremony:
The competition results will be announced on the website (healthynet.hk/codenet2024) in August 2024. Winners will receive a phone call and WhatsApp message notifying them of the award ceremony arrangements and must confirm their attendance within one week of the notification.

     Champion: iPad 10th Generation 64GB  (one each for primary and secondary school categories)

     First runner-up: Mini Projector (one each for primary and secondary school categories)

     Second runner-up: Marshall Emberton Bluetooth speaker (one each for primary and secondary school categories)

     Most Active Participation School Award: Certificate and trophy (five schools)
 
Judging:
The submitted works will be preliminarily selected by the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society and then scored by the judging panel based on the judging criteria to select the champion, first runner-up, and second runner-up. The Most Active Participation School Award will be awarded to the top five schools with the most submitted works. The award results depend on the final decision of the judging panel.
Judging Panel: Representatives from Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, The Hong Kong Association for Computer Education, and professional representatives.
 
Judging Criteria:
  1. Creativity: Innovation, originality, novel story plot, or a unique perspective - 20%;

      *Visual and textual coordination - 5%.

  2. Writing: Clarity of expression, structure of the script, logical flow of events - 40%.

  3. Relevance: Presentation of elements of online crises in the script, accurate understanding, and depiction - 35%.

      (*participants are required to design a cover for the script)

Remarks:
The organiser has provided a video (in both Cantonese and English) and uploaded it online to introduce the contest specifications and regulations, submission method, and basic image-editing software to facilitate participants’ understanding of the contest (healthynet.hk/codenet2024).

Entry Requirement: 
  1. Participants are required to create original scripts and may use artificial intelligence programs as auxiliary tools, provided that they comply with the licensing terms of the respective program.

  2. Participants are required to submit a cover for the script. Participants can utilize the following website program to assist in designing the story cover, or they can use other website programs or software as long as they comply with the licensing terms of the respective program or software.

  3. Each submission must include a title, personal name, and school name for identification purposes.

  4. The word limit for primary school category scripts is a minimum of 300 words, and for middle school category                  scripts,it is a minimum of 500 words.

  5. Participants can submit up to two works, otherwise, they will be disqualified from the competition.

  6. The file size of the submitted piece might be below 15MB.

  7. Participants are required to save their scripts as PDF files, and the script covers need to be saved as JPG or PDF files.        These files should be submitted together when filling out the entry form (healthynet.hk/codenet2024).

  8. The organization does not accept submissions through mail, email, hardcopy, or in person. If schools wish to collect          and process student entries, please contact Ms. Yip Wing Tung Kristen or Ms. Tung Lok Yee at 2549 5106.

Competition Rules: 
  1. All competition works must be the original creations of the participant and not infringe on the rights of others (including but not limited to copyright). The works must not have been shown or published in any form in the media, public events, or other similar competitions before the end of this competition. Otherwise, the related works will be disqualified.
  2. All works must not contain indecent, defamatory, vulgar, discriminatory, or offensive content. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice.
  3. After submission, the organiser owns the copyright of the entries. The organiser can edit and use any entry for publication, promotion, or exhibition purposes in any media, including but not limited to online platforms, publications, prints, models, videos, and multimedia productions without notifying the participant or paying any copyright fees.
  4. Participants must complete the registration form and ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the rules may be disqualified without notice.
  5. Winners who are unable to attend the award ceremony must contact the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society- “HealthyNet” (Hotline/WhatsApp: 5592 7474) within three months after the ceremony to collect their prize. Prizes will not be retained for latecomers, and no further notice will be given.
  6. Participants must understand and comply with all the competition rules. Submitting an entry indicates that they have agreed to comply with and accept all the rules of the competition.
  7. Entries must not violate applicable laws or regulations or involve relevant elements.
  8. To ensure fairness, the organiser, judges, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this competition.
  9. The organiser reserves the right to interpret and revise any rules, terms, awards, and judging arrangements of the competition without prior notice, and the organiser’s decision is final.
 
Personal Data Collection Statement: 
  1. The personal data provided by participants and related individuals will be used for this competition, including registration, communication, opinion surveys, the announcement of results, and arrangements for all matters related to the competition.
  2. For the above purposes, the name of the participant and their school may be disclosed on the organiser’s website and/or through other websites and/or media. 
  3. By accessing websites other than the organiser’s website, you are deemed to have left the organiser’s website. The organiser will not be responsible for security and data protection matters related to any personal information provided to such websites.
